Glavine300 Welcome Back Post

It’s Been a long time (5+ Years) since our league had a blog.  So I thought I would give it a go and try to start it back up.

Season 52 has started and teams are starting to distinguish themselves from each other. Winners, losers and a whole bunch of us in between. 

My first few posts will be about our Hall of Fame and how I go about deciding on who I will vote for every season.  I have developed my own type of HOF index Kind of like the Hall Of Fame Monitor or Black-Ink Test you can find on Baseball Reference.com   Since our baseball is so different from real baseball I had make many adjustments. 

It’s hard to compare a 1st baseman with 600 Homeruns to a SS with 200 homers but 5 gold Gloves. I hope my index helps levels the playing field somewhat.

Below is the List of Batters who have been elected to the Hall Of Fame. Ordered  by their primary position, the season they went in and the score that I have given them. If anyone wants a more thorough break down of how I get to that number send me a TC or post on here and I can walk you thru it. As you can see at this time we only have 1 player at both SS and Catcher. My second post will take a look at some players that maybe got missed or stand a good chance at getting voted in.
